Value for money was excellent, the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was perfect, close to San Antonio but away from the busy interstate. The staff treated us with kindness and made us feel secure and safe during our stay.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The staff was professional, kind, and informative. They had so many cute features, including a splash pad, gem 'mining', hot tub, and basketball hoop. The hotel facilities offered a variety of activities for kids, such as a playground, pool, and games. The room was clean and comfortable, with the AC already on and the bed being cozy. We enjoyed the amenities, including s'mores by the fire, crafts, and live music. The pool and jumping pillow were fantastic, and we loved the different colored pool light. we had a great experience and would love to bring our kids back here.

We had the best time during our romantic escape. The cabins were big and cozy, and they had everything we needed including dishes and a coffee maker. The pine interior added a touch of comfort and made the space look more spacious. Plus, the location was perfect, near Landa Park and the Alamo movie theater. And to top it off, the staff was understanding and even comped us a night for the inconvenience of the cold showers.
The pillows were as hard as bricks, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. We also noticed that the floors of both cabins were quite dirty and could definitely use a good mop.

I had a wonderful time at Sun Outdoors Texas Hill Country. The cabins were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The pine interior gave the cabin a cozy and comfortable feel. Despite a few minor issues, like the temperature of the water fluctuating during showers, overall it was a great experience. The pools were enjoyable and the daily activities kept both the kids and dogs entertained. The staff was understanding and even comped us a night for the inconvenience of cold showers. I would definitely recommend this resort for a fun family getaway.

The location of this resort is perfect, just a short drive from downtown. The resort offers a variety of amenities, including clean and spacious restrooms and showers. The pools, hot tubs, and game rooms are accurately depicted on their website. The resort is well-maintained and reasonably priced. The water pressure is strong and the sewer hookups are convenient. The resort is safe and provides a calm and quiet atmosphere.
The layout of the RV sites in the older section is cramped and poorly arranged. Some of the sites have obstructed views due to close proximity to neighboring RVs.

Great amenities, indoor and outdoor pools, events
During our recent stay at Sun Outdoors, we had a fantastic time enjoying the amenities. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and well-maintained, and the events provided entertainment for the whole family. We especially loved the outdoor pool, even though it was late in the year and we couldn't use it as much as we wanted to.
Although there were some drawbacks like uncomfortable beds and lack of insulation in the cottage, overall I would highly recommend Sun Outdoors Texas Hill Country for a fun and enjoyable stay.

Had an amazing time at the resort! The cabin we stayed in was clean and the bed was super comfy. The resort had great amenities, such as indoor and outdoor pools, and a fun jump pillow for the kids. We also enjoyed the location, with plenty of entertainment options within a short drive.
The staff didn't offer a solution and just said they had switched our cabin with someone else. Not the best customer service experience.
